You must be lvl 30 to make a guild
go to your respective student directors(depends on what is your school)
Talk and Create your own organization

Note: you must have at least 1m gold in your inventory

if you want to upgrade to Lvl A you to have a higher level and more golds.

On creating an Emblem/Badge:

It must be 16x11 in size
Tga or Bmp format

You can edit using GIMP, Adobe, Paint or other editing programs
If your pictures are in other formats,
you can convert it online or download other programs:
